Replacement policy:
• The customer can exchange the first order within the first week from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition (and the delivery fees are paid by the customer).
Return policy:
• The customer can return the product within the first week of receiving it if it arrives (torn, damaged, or defective) (Note: This does not include customer misuse of the product).
General policy:
• If there is a clear manufacturing defect in the product and it is proven with photos, you will be compensated with a new product within 10 business days.
• In the event of an operational problem, such as a shortage of one of the product's contents, the missing parts will be sent within 7 working days from the date of receiving and proving the complaint, with us bearing the cost of delivering the missing parts as a result of the unintentional error.
• If you receive a product different from the one ordered, you will bear the costs of returning the wrong product and sending the correct product within 7 working days from the date of receiving and proving the complaint to the address similar to the original order.

Important notice to our customers in the Gulf countries:
•Replacements are available only within 7 days of the order receipt date.
•The item must be in its original condition (unused).
•The replacement cost is borne by the customer (59 Qatari Riyals - Omani Riyals) (49 Kuwaiti Riyals - Bahraini Riyals - Emirati Riyals)
•No cash refunds, only exchanges.
Important note:
Dear customer,
We would like to clarify that any order that is cancelled after leaving our warehouses will incur a cancellation fee of 20 riyals, which is to cover shipping and processing costs.
We also draw your attention to the fact that if the order is returned due to a delay on the part of the customer or failure to respond to the shipping company, the return shipping costs will be calculated at a value of 20 riyals or deducted from the order amount if the shipment is not returned again.
